These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Friday™ ("Friday", "the Bot", "we", "us", or "our").
By inviting, using or interacting with Friday, you agree to these Terms.
1. Using Friday
Friday provides Discord-related features including moderation, automation, utilities, tickets, logging, entertainment and other functionality.
You must use Friday in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Developer Policy and applicable laws.
2. Server Administrator Responsibility
Server owners and administrators are responsible for deciding whether Friday should be installed and for configuring its permissions appropriately.
3. Prohibited Use
You must not use Friday for spam, harassment, raids, scams, fraud, illegal activity, abuse of Discord's API, attempts to disrupt the Bot, or activities that violate Discord policies.
4. Availability
We aim to keep Friday reliable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
The Bot may become temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, updates, hosting problems, Discord outages, network issues or circumstances outside our control.
5. Changes to Friday
Features may be added, modified, removed or discontinued as Friday develops.
6. Third-Party Services
Friday may depend on Discord, hosting providers, databases, APIs and other third-party services. Those services are governed by their own policies and terms.
7. Suspension
We may restrict or terminate access to Friday when reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, protect the service, or respond to violations of these Terms, Discord policies or applicable law.
8. Disclaimer
Friday is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Bot will always be error-free or available.
9. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated as Friday develops. Updated versions will be published on this page.
